Lead time is dependent on stock availability. Every effort is made to effect shipment of your order timeously, however unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence we will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
We endeavor to keep you up to date about the status of your order. Delivery will take place within 5-7 working days if the delivery address is in South Africa.

Gina@Work has partnered with SkyNet for fulfilment of orders placed online. SkyNet have thousands of pick-up and drop-off points across South Africa. Instead of having an order delivered to your home / office (where you may not be available to collect it at the time of delivery).
SkyNet allows you to select a pick-up point that is close to and convenient for you. This simple method also makes facilitating returns far easier, and overall is less expensive than traditional shipping methods. For more information, click here.
No orders will be processed until orders are fully confirmed and payment is received in full. Please contact email@example.com with any sales or payment related queries.
Should you for any reason wish to cancel or return your purchase, you are required to advise us in writing at firstname.lastname@example.org of your wish to return the said goods. Goods must be returned to us undamaged and in their original packaging within 7 calendar days. Thereafter, no returns will be accommodated. Should goods become damaged or lost en route back to us, no money will be refunded.
Payment Options and Pricing
All transactions will be processed in South African Rands (ZAR). The total price of your order includes VAT and shipping costs. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time without notice.
VCS is the preferred payment method for a number of online merchants. VCS enables us to process credit and debit card payments securely. Standard transaction fees as indicated by your bank apply.
